Returns, Refunds, and/or Cancellations Policy
All products purchased on MissMoss.ca are final sale. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. This supports our sustainability focus by decreasing: 1- our carbon footprint through the elimination of return shipments; and 2- the number of products that end up in landfills annually.
Please check your product size and description before making a purchase.
Damages and/or issues:
We want you to love your Miss Moss products. If there's a problem with your item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there's a problem with your item, please follow the steps below:
Original Moss Art, Puzzles, or DIY Kits: Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please email us with photos of the damage and we will be happy to assist you.
Fine art prints: All prints are made to order. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue (print is defective, damaged, a misprint or wrong image to what you ordered, or the wrong size to what you ordered), please email us at info@missmoss.ca with a photo clearly showing the issue or damage and we will happily send you a free reprint. There is no need to return the item.
Ordered the wrong size, image, quantity, or changed your mind?
While we can't offer a refund, we're happy to provide a one-time discount on a replacement. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll do our best to help!
Items sent back to Miss Moss without first contacting us will not will be refunded or returned back.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and unused. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
